It’s not a huge deal, but I am switching my affiliation within Long and Foster from the Ft. Meade/Odenton office to down the road at the Severna Park office.  The Severna Park office is a larger office with a much higher level of production.  Related to this, the amount of support that I will get as an agent is greatly enhanced (eg. weekly coaching with the office manager, 4 office administrators instead of 1, etc.), translating into the ability to deliver a higher level of customer service and professionalism as I work for my clients.  So, no, I likely won’t be “Agent of the Month” again for a long time (there are some very “large” agents here), but this switch should make you more comfortable than before in referring your friends and acquaintances to me for their real estate needs.  In the meantime, the areas that I service (Baltimore City and the surrounding counties, and beyond that on a case-by-case basis) will remain the same.

 

Besides that, my car is in need of some extensive mechanical repairs, as it seriously might die at any minute (clutch has a problem that is not cost-wise to repair based on the value of the car), and poker has returned to a prominent place in my life (been a very good month).
