8-unit property...

I spent this morning with one of my investor clients at an 8-unit property right in the heart of the historical district in "Pigtown", otherwise known as north Washington Village in Baltimore.  Place needs a ton of work, but shapes up to be an incredibly sound investment if you can make the finances work on the front end.  So, we'll see.

 

Beyond that, I never did get to posting my rant about "professionalism" yesterday, and it certainly is not happening at 1am tonight as I write this.  Thus, I will leave you waiting breathlessly one more day... :)

P.S.  I love the house.  Unpacking slowly but surely, and dealing with the leaks mentioned in the last post, but it feels good to be here!
